The Injuries Resolution Board has commissioned Ipsos B&A, an independent research agency, to conduct a national survey on why people accept or reject our awards for compensation in personal injury claims.

Two reports released today by the Injuries Resolution Board show claim volumes remain down 35% since 2019 as Board delivers over €88m in cost savings The Injuries Resolution Board today published its Annual Report 2025 and latest Personal Injuries Award Values Report July – December 2025, showing a personal injuries system that is continuing to stabilise, with claim volumes and award levels well below pre-pandemic levels and over €88 million in savings delivered through the Board last year.
